1. About OEMKorea

OEMKorea (oemkorea.com) is a B2B sourcing platform that connects international brands and buyers with verified Korean OEM/ODM manufacturers in cosmetics and health supplements. Use of this platform is free for buyers.

2. Use of the Platform

By submitting an RFQ or using this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your sourcing requests
• Use the platform solely for legitimate B2B sourcing purposes
• Not submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading inquiries
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform

3. Manufacturer Matching

OEMKorea provides manufacturer introductions and referrals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, pricing, availability, or production timelines. All commercial agreements are made directly between buyers and manufacturers. OEMKorea is not a party to any manufacturing contract.

4. No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is". While we verify manufacturer credentials to the best of our ability, we make no warranty regarding the fitness, quality, or regulatory compliance of any manufacturer or their products. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

5. Limitation of Liability

OEMKorea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from any manufacturing relationship facilitated through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to OEMKorea (which are zero for buyers).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on oemkorea.com, including text, design, and data, is the property of OEMKorea unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
